1.1       Scope and aim of service


These Terms of Service for Users (“Terms”) should be read carefully since they provide important information about user rights, appeals and obligations. By visiting or using the FreeGoo Platform, users agree to respect and be bound by these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal contract (“Contract”) between the user and InnoViaggi S.r.l (as defined below) governing access and use of the FreeGoo portal, including all related sub-domains, and any other web sites through which InnoViaggi S.r.l. makes its services available (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), and our applications for mobile devices, tablets and other devices and application interfaces (hereinafter referred to as “App”) and all associated services (hereinafter referred to as “FreeGoo Services”). The Site, App and Services are hereinafter referred to as the “FreeGoo Platform”.


Details of how we collect and use personal data in relation to access and use of the FreeGoo Platform by users are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Through this web site, we - InnoViaggi S.r.l. – provide an online platform enabling all types of temporary accommodation properties (e.g., hotels, motels, hostels and Bed & Breakfasts, hereinafter referred to as "accommodation properties") to advertise their rooms for rent and allowing visitors to the site to make bookings by contacting the accommodation property directly.

By making a booking, you will enter into a direct contractual agreement (legally binding) with the accommodation property that you have made the booking with. From the moment the booking is made, we will act simply as intermediaries between you and the accommodation property.

InnoViaggi S.r.l. is not and will not be party to or otherwise participate in any contractual agreement between Members, nor does it act as an estate agent or insurance broker and does not act in any capacity as an agent for any Member.

In offering our services, we provide details that have been given to us by the accommodation properties. All properties are therefore given access to an extranet network, and they have sole responsibility for details of rates, availability and other information shown on our web site.

Although we endeavor to offer our service with all due diligence and care, it is not always possible to verify in real time and guarantee the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided, nor can we be held responsible for any error (including obvious mistakes or typing errors), interruption to the service (whether due to a fault (temporary and/or partial), repairs, upgrades or maintenance to the web site or other reason), for incorrect, misleading or false information, or for missing information.

Each accommodation property is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information (including descriptions) published on our web site, including details of rates and availability. Our site does not and should not be considered to specifically recommend or support any accommodation property advertised on the site, in terms of quality, level of service, classification or assignment of a category based on a star rating system.

InnoViaggi S.r.l. is not responsible for interruptions to or problems with the Internet and telecommunications infrastructure that are beyond our control and may result in interruptions to the availability of the FreeGoo Platform.

InnoViaggi S.r.l., temporarily and with respect for the legitimate interests of its Members (e.g., by giving advance notice), may limit availability of the FreeGoo Platform or of certain sections or functions thereof, whenever such measures are deemed necessary for reasons of capacity limits, the security or integrity of our servers, or in order to conduct maintenance intended to guarantee the correct or improved operation of the FreeGoo Platform. InnoViaggi S.r.l reserves the right to improve, optimize and modify the FreeGoo Platform from time to time and to introduce new Services.

InnoViaggi S.r.l. will inform Members of any changes to the FreeGoo Platform, unless such changes are minor and have no significant effect on the contractual obligations of the parties.



The following terms and conditions – and any subsequent changes thereto – apply to all our services available online, directly or indirectly (through distributors), by means of any mobile device, via e-mail or by telephone. By accessing our web site (including from mobile devices), visiting it, using it and/or using any of the applications available through any platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform"), and/or by making a booking, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy policy).

These pages, their content, structure and the online booking service (including the payment facilitation service) provided therein by us and through this web site are owned, managed and offered by InnoViaggi S.r.l. and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only (B2C), and are regulated by the terms and conditions described below.

Our relations with Hosts are governed by different terms and conditions, governing the commercial relationship (B2B) we have with each. Each Host acts in a professional manner in their dealings with InnoViaggi S.r.l when it comes to making their product and/or service available on or through the portal (both for the Business-to-Business relationship “B2B” and/or the Business to Customer relationship “B2C”).

In addition to the terms and conditions indicated on the web site, Hosts may have, declare applicable and/or request (consent for) their own terms and conditions, and regulations (delivery/shipping/transport/use) for the use, access to and conduct of the Trip, which may include specific statements of non-responsibility and limits of responsibility.


2.1       Definitions

The words “InnoViaggi S.r.l.”, “we” and “our” refer to InnoViaggi S.r.l, a Limited Liability Company subject to Italian law, with head office in Via Goffredo Casalis 17 - Turin (TO) 10143.

 The term "Platform" refers to the web site, mobile site and the app on which the Travel Service is made available, owned by and under the control of InnoViaggi S.r.l. and managed, maintained and/or hosted by it.

 The term “Guest” refers to the user of the Host service.

 The term "Travel" refers to the various travel products and services offered by the Host, which may be ordered, purchased, bought, paid for, rented, provided, booked, combined and consumed by the user by contacting the Host.

 The term "Host" refers to the provider of the accommodation (e.g. hotel, motel, apartment, bed & breakfast, guest room), attractions (e.g. parks, museums, tourist routes), the provider of the transport service (e.g. car rental, cruises, train journeys, flights, coach tours, transfers), tour operators, travel insurance agencies, and any other product or service related to or connected with the trips available for Travel Booking on the Platform (B2B or B2C).

 The term “Service” refers to the service offered by the Host, which may include the offer of rooms in accommodation properties, access to events and special places and other services related or not to trips that fall within the “Experience” category.

 The term "Travel Booking" refers to contact from the web site between the Guest and the Host and the subsequent order, purchase, payment or booking of a Trip.

 The term “Contact” refers to contact between the Guest and the Host by e-mail, WhatsApp or other methods indicated on the Web Site.

2.2       Scope and nature of the FreeGoo service

Through the Platform, we, InnoViaggi S.r.l. and our (distribution) affiliates, provide an online platform enabling Hosts, in their professional capacity (e.g. B2C or B2B), to advertise, market, sell, promote and/or offer (where applicable) their products and services for order, purchase, booking and rental, and enabling visitors to the Platform to discover, search for, compare and place an order by contacting the Host, or make a booking, a purchase or a payment (e.g. the Travel Service).

By using the Travel Service (e.g., by making a Travel Booking through the Travel Service), you establish a (legally binding) direct contractual relationship with the Host with whom, after making contact, you make a booking for the product or service (where applicable). Once said Travel Booking has been made, we will act solely as intermediaries between the Host and the Guest, by sending a contact to the Host requesting information about the Travel. The Host will respond to the contact.

InnoViaggi S.r.l does not (re-)sell, rent or offer any (travel) product or service.

In offering our Travel Service, we provide details that have been given to us by the Hosts. All Hosts who market and promote their Trip on the Platform are therefore given access to our systems and to the extranet network, and they have sole responsibility for details of rates/costs/prices, availability, regulations and conditions, and any other information published on our Platform.

Although we endeavor to offer our Travel Service with all due diligence and care, it is not always possible to verify and guarantee the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided, nor can we be held responsible for any error (including obvious mistakes or typing errors), interruption to the service (whether due to a fault (temporary and/or partial), repairs, upgrades or maintenance to the web site or other reason), for incorrect, misleading or false information, or for missing information.

Each Host is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information (including descriptions) published on our Platform, including details of rates/costs/prices, regulations and conditions, and availability, published on our Platform. Our Platform does not, and should not be considered to specifically recommend or support any Host marketed on the Platform, in terms of quality, level of service, type of property, classification and assignment of a category based on a star rating system or relating to sites, properties, vehicles, services and products (main or secondary) made available, unless otherwise indicated.

Our Travel Service is offered for personal, non-commercial use only. It is therefore not permitted to re-sell, insert deep-links, use, copy, monitor (using a spider, for example), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, bookings, tickets, products or services available on our Platform for any type of activity of a commercial or competitive nature.

2.3       Rates

The rates offered by the Host and published on our Platform are highly competitive. All rates for your journey include VAT and all other taxes (subject to changes to said taxes) and fees, unless otherwise stated on our Platform or in the confirmation e-mail or ticket. The Host may charge taxes and fees (including any tourist tax) in the case of a no-show or cancellation.

Sometimes on our Platform you may find cheaper rates for a certain stay, service or product. However, said rates, offered by the Hosts, may be subject to restrictions and special conditions, for example in the case of a cancellation or refund. Before making a booking, be sure to check for any such conditions in the details given about the product, service or booking.

The currency converter is for information only and should not be considered as an accurate, real-time indicator; rates may change.

Any obvious errors are not binding, including printing errors.

All special offers and promotions are indicated as such. If they are not described as such, then it is not possible to claim any compensation in the event of mistakes or obvious errors.


2.4       Free service for Guests, only the Host pays

Unless otherwise stated, our service is free for Guests to use since, unlike many other sites, we do not charge anything for the Travel Service offered, nor do we apply additional costs (not even for the booking) to the price. The amount owed is paid to the Host, as indicated in the Travel Booking (plus, where not included in the price, any applicable taxes, fees and additional costs, if applicable).

The Host pays a commission, i.e. a small percentage of the product price (e.g. the rate for accommodation) to InnoViaggi S.r.l. after the guest has used the Host’s product or service (e.g. after the guest has stayed in the accommodation and paid the amount owed for doing so) if they opt for the “commission package” or an annual fixed fee if they opt for the “basic package”. The Host can improve their ranking by increasing the commission (Improved Visibility). The use of Improved Visibility (increasing the commission in exchange for a better position in the ranking) is at the discretion of each Host and can be decided upon from time to time or on the basis of the product offered.

Only Hosts who have a commercial relationship with InnoViaggi S.r.l. (by means of a contract) will be available on the Platform (for the B2B and/or B2C promotion of their product). InnoViaggi S.r.l. is not an open platform and does not allow non-professional parties to offer or sell their products on or through InnoViaggi S.r.l. on the FreeGoo portal.


2.5       Specific terms for Guests

Provided that all requirements (e.g., completing a verification process) established by InnoViaggi S.r.l. and/or the Host have been complied with, the user can book a product available on the Platform by following the relative booking process through contact with the Host.

Upon receipt of a booking confirmation from the Host, a legally binding contract is established between the Host and the Guest, unless there are additional applicable terms and conditions.

You acknowledge and understand that a confirmed booking of Accommodation (“Accommodation Booking”) constitutes a limited license granted to you by the Host allowing you to enter, occupy and use the accommodation for the duration of your stay, a period during which the Host (only if and to the extent permitted by law) retains the right to re-enter the Accommodation, according to your agreement with the Host.

As Guest, you agree to leave the Accommodation by and no later than the check-out time specified by the Host or any other time agreed between you and the Host. You are not permitted to remain in the Accommodation once the check-out time has passed without the Host’s consent (“Remaining beyond the agreed term”) and the Host has the right to arrange for you to leave the Accommodation in a manner that complies with applicable law.

It is important to read carefully the description of any Experience, Event or other Service offered by the Host that you intend to book, in order to ensure that you (and any additional guest you may be booking for) meet any requirements such as minimum age, abilities, physical suitability or other requisites specified by the Host in their advertisement. At your sole discretion, you may wish to inform the Host of any medical or physical condition or other circumstances that could influence your ability, and that of any additional guest, to participate safely in any Experience, Event or other Service offered by the Host. Moreover, some legal requisites may apply, such as the minimum legal age to drink alcohol in the place where the Experience, Event or other Service offered by the Host take place.


2.6       Credit card or bank transfer


Payments for Travel Bookings to be paid in full or in part to the Host (depending on the payment conditions applied by the Host) after making contact using the tools provided by FreeGoo, can be paid using a secure online payment method (where such a function is offered and supported by the bank). For these products and services, InnoViaggi S.r.l. does not manage (either directly or through third parties) payment for the given product or service (i.e. the payment management service) on behalf of the Host (InnoViaggi S.r.l. does not act or operate in any manner as an official seller). The payment is charged securely to your credit/debit card or to your bank account and credited to the Host’s bank account after contacting the Host. Any payment managed directly between the Guest and the Host and transferred directly to the Host will in any case constitute a payment for the booking, relating to a given product or service, with definitive payment of the price due (in full or in part) and cannot be claimed back in any way.

For some rates (including non-refundable rates) or special offers, you may be asked for payment in advance by means of a bank transfer (if acceptable to the Host as a method of payment) or credit card or other payment means. When using a credit card, the payment may be pre-authorized, or the card may be charged (sometimes without the possibility or reimbursement) when the Travel Booking is completed through direct contact with the Host. Before making the Travel Booking, the Guest must carefully check for the presence of these conditions with the Host, for the specific product or service that you have chosen.

InnoViaggi S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any charges (authorized, unauthorized or presumed so, or erroneous) by the Host, and the Guest cannot ask for reimbursement of the amount correctly charged to your credit card by the Host (including: pre-paid rates, no-show or cancellations with a penalty).

InnoViaggi S.r.l. does not manage payment of the service or product but acts as an intermediary by putting the service user in contact with the Host.

In the event of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card providers will assume the risk and cover all charges resulting from said fraud or unauthorized use. In order to be able to claim compensation, the Guest must report the fraud and inform the Host (in line with their regulations and procedures), and must also report the fraud and call the toll-free customer service number of the credit provider to inform them and block the credit card.

InnoViaggi is not responsible for and is not liable for damages in the case of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card.


2.7       Deposit, cancellation, no-show

Booking accommodation from a Host is done by contacting the Host using the tools provided by InnoViaggi S.r.l. on the FreeGoo portal.

By making a booking with a Host, the guest accepts and approves the conditions regarding cancellation or no-shows and any other additional regulations or conditions of the Host applicable to the booking or during the stay.

Before making a booking, check with the Host the conditions concerning the product or service you have chosen.

If you wish to check, change or cancel your Travel Booking, open the confirmation email and contact the Host.

The Host may charge a cancellation fee if stipulated in the regulations regarding cancellation, advance payment and no-shows, and you may not be entitled to compensation of any sums already paid (in advance). Before making a booking, we recommend that you obtain the relevant information directly from the Host.

If you arrive late on the day of check-in or think you will arrive the next day, be sure to inform the Host (in good time), so that they know when to be there to welcome you, and so as to avoid the cancellation of your Trip (Booking) or charges for a no-show.


2.8         Correspondence and communications

When making a Travel Booking directly with the Host, you can agree to receive (i) an email just before your scheduled arrival date, containing information about your destination and various suggestions and offers (including from third-parties, if you have given your express consent) relating to your Trip (Booking) and your destination, (ii) an email after your arrival asking for your opinion of the experience with the Host and the Travel Service and (iii) an email after your stay, inviting you to give your opinion of the property. Read our privacy and cookie policies for more information on other ways in which we might contact you.

InnoViaggi S.r.l. is not responsible for communications from or with the Host that take place on or through the Platform. It is not possible to claim rights linked to requests or communications sent to the Host or linked to any form of notification of receipt of requests or communications. InnoViaggi S.r.l. cannot guarantee that every request or communication will be received, read, acknowledged, carried out or accepted by the Host in a precise, timely manner.

In order to complete and make the Travel Booking successfully, the buyer needs to provide a valid email address. We are not responsible for inexistent or incorrect email addresses, telephone numbers (land line or cell phone) or credit card details, nor are we obliged to check their existence or correctness.

Any complaints or requests for a refund made to InnoViaggi S.r.l or relating to the Travel Service must be made as soon as possible, and in any case within 8 days of the date on which use of the product or service was scheduled to finish (e.g. the check-out date for a stay). Complaints and refund requests submitted after said period of 8 days may be rejected, and the applicant will have to waive any right to compensation (for damages or costs).

For consumers, in the event of a complaint, we suggest writing first of all to our Customer Care service at the following email address: and at the same time to the Host.


2.9       Disclaimers

Notwithstanding the limitations and explanations indicated for the situations described in these terms and conditions and where permitted by law, we can only be held responsible for direct and immediate damages actually suffered, paid for or encountered, due to a failure on our part to respect our obligations with regard to the services that we should have carried out. Compensation may be up to the total cost of your booking, as set out in the email confirming the Travel Booking (or for a single circumstance or a series of connected circumstances) from the Host.

However, and where permitted by law, neither we nor any of our operators, managers, office staff, representatives, agencies, affiliated companies, affiliated (distribution) companies, license holders, agents or persons involved in the production, sponsorship, promotion or distribution of the site and its contents, will be held responsible for (i) losses or punitive, special, indirect or consequential damages, loss of production, profit, income or contract, harm or damage to one’s good name and reputation, or loss of rights, (ii) inadequacy of the information (including descriptions) provided by the Host (regarding rates, availability and classification), and made available on our Platform, (iii) services provided or products offered by the Host or by other commercial partners, (iv) damages (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive), losses or costs suffered, paid for or encountered as a result of an inability to use or a delay in our Platform, but resulting from or linked to its use, or (v) physical injury, death, damages to property or other types of damage (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive), losses or costs suffered, paid for or encountered, (legal) actions, errors, violations, (serious) fault, intentional poor administration, omissions, negligence, false statements, civil or objective responsibility for an illegal act partially or wholly attributable to the Host or to one of our other commercial partners or their employees, directors, managers, agents, representatives, suppliers or affiliated companies, whose products or services are directly or indirectly made available, offered or advertised on or through the Platform, including cancellations (including partial cancellations), overbooking, strikes, ‘force majeure’ or any other even beyond our control.

InnoViaggi S.r.l. is not responsible (and declines all responsibility) for the use, validity, quality, compatibility, adequacy and dissemination of the Trip, nor for any representations, guarantees and conditions of any kind in this regard (either implied, legal, or otherwise), including no implied guarantee, for any particular purpose, on merchantability, title, non-infringement and fitness.

The Guest declares and accepts that the Host is solely responsible and assumes all responsibility in relation to the Trip (including all guarantees and representations made by the Host). InnoViaggi S.r.l. is not a (re)-seller of the Trip. Complaints or claims regarding the Trip (including details of the offer price (special/promotion), conditions or specific requests by Customers), must be managed by the Host.

InnoViaggi S.r.l. is not responsible (and declines all responsibility) for such complaints, claims and obligations (including in relation to the product).

Whether the Host charges (or has already charged) the cost of the Trip, or whether payment of the amount or any additional costs (Trip) is managed by InnoViaggi S.r.l., in both cases the Guest accepts and declares that they are aware that it is always the responsibility of the Host to collect, withhold, send and pay any applicable taxes to the relevant authorities, calculated on the basis of the total price of the trip or any additional costs. InnoViaggi S.r.l cannot be held responsible (nor can it be called to answer) for the collection, withholding, sending or payment to the relevant authorities of the taxes applicable to the cost of the Trip or any additional costs. InnoViaggi S.r.l. does not act or operate in any manner as an official seller of any product or service made available on the Platform.

By uploading photos/images onto our system (e.g. accompanying a review), the Host certifies, guarantees and declares to be the copyright owner of the photos/images, and agrees for InnoViaggi S.r.l. to use the photos/images on its site (including the mobile site) and on its apps, in promotional material and publications both online and offline, in whatever way InnoViaggi S.r.l. deems opportune.

The Host grants InnoViaggi S.r.l the non-exclusive, global, irrevocable, unconditional and perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, show, have reproduced, distribute, sub-license, communicate and make available the photos/images in the manner which InnoViaggi S.r.l deems opportune.

The person who uploads the photos/images assumes full legal and moral responsibility for any claim advanced by third parties (including, but not exclusively, accommodation property owners) following the publication and use of photos/images by InnoViaggi S.r.l., which does not own or support the uploaded photos/images. The truthfulness, validity and right to use all photos/images are guaranteed by the person who uploads the photos/images, and are not the responsibility of InnoViaggi S.r.l., which declines all responsibility deriving from the published photos/images.

The person who uploads the photos/images guarantees that they do not contain viruses, Trojans or infected files, or pornographic, illegal, obscene, offensive or inappropriate material or material in poor taste, and that the photos/images do not infringe any intellectual property right, copyright of the privacy of third parties. Photos/images that do not meet the above criteria will not be used and/or may be removed/deleted by InnoViaggi S.r.l at any time and without prior notice.

2.10   Stars and guest ratings


The stars shown by the accommodation properties on the InnoViaggi S.r.l. FreeGoo portal are not assigned by InnoViaggi S.r.l., but by the properties themselves or by independent third parties, which provide an (objective) classification. Offers are shown on the basis of the number of stars (from lowest to highest or vice versa), which the hosts communicate to InnoViaggi S.r.l.

Depending on local regulations, stars are either assigned by independent third parties (e.g. an official, independent organization) or they are based on the opinion of the accommodation providers, regardless of specific objective criteria. Overall, the stars reflect to what extent the property meets legal requisites (if applicable) or, in the absence of specific legislation, how it meets sector standards in terms of price and available services. These standards and requisites may vary from country to country, and from organization to organization.

To enable clients to find the right property for them as simply as possible, based on their travel preferences, InnoViaggi S.r.l may give certain properties an assessment of quality, determined by InnoViaggi S.r.l. To guarantee comparability, the quality assessment is based on many characteristics, divided into several main categories:

(i) facilities/services offered by the property on the FreeGoo portal (ii) property configuration, such as size, number of rooms and use (iii) number and quality of photos of the property uploaded, with and without the “FreeGoometro”, (iv) average score from guest reviews, and detailed scores, such as regards cleaning for example, since they have proven to be particularly useful for clients when assigning a score for the quality of certain properties, and (v) anonymous, aggregate historical data about bookings (e.g. to determine the star rating of the booked properties).

Only clients who have contacted the Accommodation Property will be invited to leave a rating on FreeGoo relating to their stay in a particular property and to give a score for certain aspects of the stay, or they may be invited to leave a review during their stay. The guest’s review (including that requested during the stay), once completed, may be (a) uploaded to the Host’s page on our Platform in order to provide (future) clients with your point of view regarding the (level of) service and the quality of the Host, and (b) used in full or in part and posted by InnoViaggi S.r.l., at its sole discretion (e.g. for reasons associated with marketing, for promotional purposes or to improve he service), on the Platform or on social network platforms, newsletters, in the case of special promotions, applications or other channels owned by InnoViaggi S.r.l and hosted, used or controlled by it. In order to offer and maintain recent (and therefore more relevant) reviews, each review will be available for a limited period only (36 months) after its first publication online.

We reserve the right to change, refuse or remove reviews that we deem to have infringed our review conditions. The guest review form should be considered a survey and should not include any (further) offer, invitation or incentive of any description, including of a commercial nature. As far as is possible, InnoViaggi S.r.l. will check and remove reviews that include obscenities and any references to names of people or lost objects.

InnoViaggi S.r.l. will not accept reviews that include:

  • Vulgarity, sexually explicit language, incitement to hatred or violence, discriminatory content, threats
  • References to actual people, personal attacks on staff
  • Promotion of illegal activities (e.g. drugs and prostitution)
  • Web sites, emails and addresses, telephone numbers, credit card details
  • Comments of a political nature

Both InnoViaggi S.r.l. and the Host have the right to terminate the relationship for any reason (including cases of infringement of contract or a declaration of bankruptcy) after a period of notice agreed between the parties.


2.11   Intellectual property rights

Where not otherwise specified, the software required for our services or available on our Platform or used by it, and the intellectual property rights (including copyrights) relating to the contents, information and material on our Platform are the property of InnoViaggi S.r.l.

InnoViaggi S.r.l holds exclusively all rights, titles and interests in and with respect to all intellectual property rights regarding the graphic layout and general interface (including the infrastructure) of the Platform through which the service is made available (including guest reviews and translated content).

No one is authorized to copy, obtain, create a link to, publish, promote, integrate, use, combine, or in any other way use the contents (including translations and guest reviews) or our logo without our express written consent.

In the event that a person uses or combines (in part or in full) our content (including guest reviews and translations) or in any other way takes possession of any intellectual property rights pertaining to the Platform or any content (or translation), they must attribute, transfer and assign these intellectual property rights in full to InnoViaggi S.r.l.

Any use that does not comply with the law or any of the actions or behaviors described above constitutes a material breach of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database protection rights).


2.12   Applicable laws, jurisdiction and settlement of disputes

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions, together with the provision of our services, will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law and any dispute arising from these terms, from the general conditions and from our services will be referred exclusively to the competent court of Turin (Italy).

In the event that any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, becomes invalid, is or becomes non-binding, you will continue to abide by all other clauses set forth herein. In this case we will arrange for the aforementioned clause to be replaced by a clause that is valid and binding, and which has an effect as similar as possible to the one replaced, and which you undertake to accept in compliance with the contents and purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
